Please read this document carefully before using cla45's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 — Applicable to all cla45 platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cla45 platform, you expressly and implicitly indicate your full agreement to all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use cla45's services.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. cla45 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account suspected of belonging to an underage user. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the minimum age requirement before registering.
You also confirm that you are registering and using this platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, and that all betting or gaming activity is conducted using your own legitimate funds. Users residing in jurisdictions where online betting is fully prohibited by local law are responsible for refraining from accessing this platform.

Account Registration
Requirements for opening a new account
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cla45 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any false or misleading information discovered at any time may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the cla45 support team immediately. You are advised not to share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends, to avoid any unintended security risks.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the cla45 platform are required to use this service in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner at all times. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software or bots to place bets, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and appropriate legal action.
Users are prohibited from engaging in money laundering through this platform. Where there is reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for such purposes, cla45 reserves the right to freeze the account and report the activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Use of the platform for commercial purposes — including offering betting services to third parties through your personal account or selling access to your account — is strictly prohibited. cla45 also reserves the right to deny access to any user suspected of violating any platform rules without being required to provide a reason.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the cla45 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts originate from legitimate sources and comply with applicable laws in Malaysia.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user. Should any technical error occur during transaction processing, users are required to notify the cla45 support team within 24 hours of the transaction date for proper investigation and rectification.
Cla45 reserves the right to request identity verification documents or proof of funds before processing any withdrawal that exceeds the limits set from time to time. This verification process is part of the platform's commitment to responsible financial practices and compliance with anti-money laundering guidelines.

Cla45 Liability Limit
Cla45 provides this service on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the absence of technical errors. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the service, technical disruptions, data loss, or any extraordinary circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Cla45's total liability in respect of any user claim is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that betting activities carry the risk of financial loss and that cla45 is not liable for unfavourable betting outcomes.
Intellectual Property & External Links
All content, designs, logos, interfaces, graphics, software, and other materials on the cla45 platform are the exclusive property of cla45 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, or using any such content without prior written consent from cla45 management.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users only. cla45 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Cla45 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in the account. Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the cla45 support team.
Terms Amendment
Cla45 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the cla45 platform or these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
